SAR FALLS TO DRS WILDCATS IN PRESEASON MDY TOURNAMENT

Last Sunday October 18th, the Varsity Boys basketball team played the DRS Wildcats in a quest for the MDY tournament championship. The game was close throughout as Sar only trailed Drs by a few points at the end of the 1st half. However, once the 2nd half began, the Wildcats pulled away with their sharpshooting and stifling defense from Guard Yoav Deutsch and star Forward Gabriel Leifer. The Wildcats went on to defeat the Sting 52-41 and rightfully claimed their title.
