This year, SAR High School will once again be hosting its seventh annual David Cooper Memorial Basketball Tournament. Every year, the tournament, for girl's varsity basketball, is a major highlight on the school's sports calender, and this year is bound to be the best tournament yet. Five school will be competing, along with SAR for the coveted title. The visiting schools are:
Weinbaum Yeshiva High School
Hyman Brand
Melvin J. Berman
Beren Hebrew Academy
Maimonides
All six teams are vying for the championship, and it won't come easy for any of them. All six teams are competitive, and hungry for the title.
SSU is proud to be covering the tournament every step of the way. We will be live tweeting every game, and writing articles. In addition this year, there will be live streaming for some of the games (details to be released shortly).

This year's tournament will be great, so buckle up, and get ready for the ride. Tournament play will begin next Thursday, December 5th, one week from today.
