The SAR Girls JV had a rough start to their second game trailing 9-1 after the first quarter. After settling down the Sting started chipping away at Kushner's lead with their strong defense and rebounding led by Jessica Hecht. The Sting took advantage of Kushner's foul trouble and managed to cut the deficit to 15-13 by half-time. By the end of the 3rd quarter SAR lead 23-21. The Lady Sting ended with a dominating 4th quarter to take a 34-24 win.
SAR was led by Rebecca Kann with 11 points, Jessica Hecht with 7 points, and Rebecca Hyman with 6 points. SAR improves to 2-0 on the season (3-0 overall) with their next game at Maayanot on November 21 at 6:30.
