Junior Varsity Boys Hockey vs. MTA

October 20, 2013- In a brutal display of dominance, SAR Junior Varsity Boys Hockey defeated MTA in The Hive by a final score of 13-0. Fresh off of crushing semifinal loss to DRS to end last season, SAR was primed to begin the season with a bang. Remarkably, the game was close after the first period, with The Sting only leading by a score of 1-0. Although the game was close to start, according to Assistant Coach Zack Fein, SAR "stayed with the game plan to pull away in the second period". They sure pulled away. The Sting were led by Freilich with 4 goals, and Yosef Garbow who netted two. The Sting look to resume this domincance when they take on JEC next Thursday.  Sting Report
